My recent experience with bite Squad was Five Star All Around. I had special instructions that was met perfectly, and the food was hot, on time and overall a perfect experience. The delivery driver was friendly, nice, and very professional.
I ordered Yummy House online at 928pm and it was delivered to my door at 958pm. I live on the opposite side of town from the restaurant. Food was still hot and the driver was polite. I couldn't have driven there, orered and received my food that fast. The website updates your order status in real time and then tracks the drivers location like the uber app. Awesome service. Will use again.
Bite Squad is fast and easy to use. You simply choose your dish, pay, and the driver is on the way. I've never realized how many restaurants are nearby until now. There were so many options to choose from, and all of this for only a small additional delivery and order fees. I placed my order at 3:16 p.m. by 3:36 my Bite Squad driver was ringing my doorbell(like I'd asked). When I went to eat my food I was delightfully surprised by the steam that rose out of my to go box. In addition to my food still being hot I was given extras out what I wanted and less of what I didn't. I've already recommended this to people and I just ordered today, I will definitely be using Bite Squad again.
I love Bitesquad. The driver's are always polite and my food has been correct 95% of the time. When it is incorrect, I get on the chat feature and have received credits on my account. I use this service at least weekly and have been very pleased. I've read several reviews where they complain about the delivery fees. Don't use the service if you don't like the fees. I am perfectly happy to pay for someone to deliver hot, delicious, restaurant food that I can eat while in my pajamas on my sofa.
Yeah, that's right! FIVE! My first review as I have never felt so compelled. I was very apprehensive about ordering groceries online again after my first experience with a different service. The service @ G2G was exceptionally excellent. I requested a grocery list outside the general parameters of the website offerings ( forwarded Matt a Publix order form ), I called in and someone actually answered the phone. ( thank you again Matt.) I received my order faster than I expected (complete to perfection) including unexpected help in getting my groceries, which probably should have been delivered curbside, upstairs to my apartment. Sounds unbelievable but 100% the truth. As for the cost - I almost did not order after reading other reviews in which people balked at the delivery costs. Ask yourself this - what exactly should be the cost of exceptional service by courteous and gracious people? In general I find the service sector to be a dismal abyss. As far as I am concerned the service here was stellar. the quality of the service far exceeded the related expense. Thank you G2G! Until next time.
